This Privacy Policy describes the current Ouwee / $DJCECE website and how information may be handled when you visit it. Our website shares project updates, streams, and information about our giving mission.
Ouwee is in its pre-launch stage. The public operator and privacy-contact details will be added here before public launch.
Information used by this website
The current website does not offer visitor accounts, collect form submissions, connect wallets, or process payments. We have not added first-party advertising or analytics scripts. The site’s fonts and images are served with the website.
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and access or security logs to deliver the website, maintain availability, and prevent misuse. Any sign-in used to access a private preview is handled by the hosting platform under its own privacy notice.
Embedded videos and external links
Our stream section embeds the official Kick player. When that player loads, your browser connects to Kick, which may receive your IP address, browser information, and referring page, and may use cookies or similar technologies. The player can load before you press play. Its use of information is explained in the Kick Privacy Policy.
The mission section also embeds a video from DJ Cece’s YouTube channel. As the clip approaches the screen, the site loads the YouTube player and its control API from YouTube/Google. Those services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and referring page, and may use storage or similar technologies under the Google Privacy Policy. The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Playback starts muted where your browser allows it and pauses when the clip is off-screen.
Links to pump.fun, Instagram, X, Kick, and educational resources open services with their own privacy practices. We do not control their collection or use of information. Review their notices before using those services, including the pump.fun Privacy Notice.
Cookies, storage, and your choices
Our own website code does not set cookies or use browser storage to track visitors. We use a small session-storage flag to remember whether the opening animation has played in your current browser tab; it is not sent to us. This does not mean the hosting platform or embedded third-party players are cookie-free.
You can manage cookies and third-party content using your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking third-party content may prevent the video players from working. You can also watch directly on DJ Cece’s Kick channel, subject to Kick’s practices.
Sharing, retention, and security
Information required to deliver or protect the website may be handled by service providers or disclosed when required by applicable law. The site does not run an advertising-data sales program.
Provider-controlled technical records are retained under the relevant provider’s policies. We have not set a separate retention period for visitor accounts or submissions because this website currently collects neither. Operator-specific retention information will be updated if these features change.
We aim to use reasonable safeguards for information under our control. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
Privacy requests and updates
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other controls over personal information. Rights, exceptions, and verification requirements vary. Requests about information held independently by Kick or another platform should go to that platform.
