Ouwee / $DJCECE is a community project bringing together IRL streams, entertainment, and a mission to support charities and people in need. These terms explain the current website and the information provided here.
The site is in a pre-launch stage. Public operator and contact details will be added before public launch. The website itself does not provide an exchange, custody tokens, connect wallets, or process purchases.
Launch information and token plans
$DJCECE has not launched. The official contract address and pump.fun token link will be published on this website when confirmed. Do not rely on an unverified address or a link presented as an early purchase opportunity.
The current planned allocation is 75% locked supply, 5% for operations, and 20% available for market trading. The operations allocation is separate from the planned locked supply. A planned lock is not a completed lock. Provider, duration, and on-chain evidence will be shared when confirmed.
Launch details, stream schedules, and project plans may change. Guest slots marked “locked” are anonymous placeholders; they do not identify a confirmed appearance or promise a particular guest.
The giving mission
The project plans to use its creator fees to support different charities and people in need. Creator fees are the project’s portion of fees, not every fee charged by a trading platform. Recipients, distribution details, and donation updates will be announced as confirmed.
October begins with Down Syndrome Awareness Month. Each month will have a different focus. An awareness theme or an educational link does not imply a partnership with a named charity or a completed donation.
Buying or holding a token does not itself constitute a charitable donation, create a right to control distributions, or guarantee a tax deduction. This website does not promise a fixed donation amount, automatic distribution, or a financial return.
Token risk and personal decisions
Website content is general project information, not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptoassets can be highly volatile and illiquid, and you can lose the entire amount spent. No return, resale value, availability, or future feature is guaranteed.
Any decision to use a trading platform is your own. Verify the full token address, understand the platform’s fees and risks, and meet the eligibility requirements and laws that apply to you.
Other platforms and content
Trading on pump.fun and viewing streams on Kick are subject to those platforms’ own rules. See the pump.fun Terms of Use and Kick Terms of Service. Social networks and other linked sites also have their own terms. We do not control their availability or content.
Website branding, images, text, and media remain subject to their owners’ rights. A link or embedded stream does not transfer those rights or give permission to impersonate the creator or project.
Respectful use and availability
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, copy branding to mislead others, or use it for fraud, harassment, or impersonation.
We aim to keep project information accurate and the website available, but pages, links, streams, or features may be updated, interrupted, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
